Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Hotel Policies
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid government issued identification. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is also restricted to designated areas within the hotel.

CHECK CASHING POLICY
Check cashing services are available to registered Platinum Starwood Preferred Guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day with a limit of $200 per stay.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
The Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel accepts credit card authorization forms that are properly completed. Please contact the hotel for a credit card authorization letter to be complete.

PARKING POLICY
Guests may take advantage of the hotels available parking but should be aware that the hotel is not liable for any damage or lost or stolen items in regards to vehicles.

PET POLICY
Hotel allows dogs to accompany guests in their guestrooms, in accordance with local health codes free of charge. Without additional fees, dogs will be provided with a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed if desired, along with a Pet Welcome Pack that provides information and supplies that are useful to a guest traveling with a dog (based upon availability and request).

The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by the dog. Guests will need to sign a pet waiver upon check-in.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

SMOKING POLICY
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
